Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you buy. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
Return window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, innerwear, nightwear and accessories are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or wrong.
How to request
Email customercare@svrfashion.store or WhatsApp +91 92363 88590 with your order ID and a photo of the item. We'll guide you through pickup/return.
Exchanges
Size or colour exchange is offered subject to stock availability.
Refunds
Once we receive and check the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days:
- Prepaid orders → refunded to the original payment method.
- COD orders → refunded to your bank account/UPI (we'll collect details).
Damaged or wrong item
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos — we'll replace it or refund you in full, including any return shipping.
Note: Return shipping for non-defective returns may be borne by the customer; we'll inform you in advance.
